Damaged or Defective Merchandise Returns:

If you receive a DAMAGE item, Please contact Skyhunter Hobby. We will give you instruction on what to do to get a replacement item. If you return a damage item without contacting skyhunter hobby. We will not able to send you a replacement because you have to forfeit the right for skyunter hobby to file a claim with the carrier.

Damage Due to Shipping:

1.Contact our sales immediately.

2.Please take note of the damage and or missing items.

3.Keep all packing materials including the outer box.

4.After contacting Skyhunter Hobby, Please hold the damage item with packing material. The carrier my come by and inspect the damage product.

5.Skyhuntet Hobby will contact the appropriate carrier to file a claim.

Return Policy:

If you don’t like the merchandise you received, return it. We will give you refund, credit, or an exchange at once. refunds, credit or exchanges 14 days of delivery under the following condition!

Returns must be in unused, undamaged condition in original packaging.

Any item that has been painted, partially constructed, cut, sanded etc.. will not be eligible for returns and credit.

Please include all information so we know whom the return is from.

Special order is refundable if we can not supply to the product on the promises date.

Your payment is refunded the way the payment was processes.

Deposit:

Your Deposit is not refundable if you back out after the order has been place. If we can not supply you the product that you order we will then refunded your deposit in full.
