Layaway Speedy Facts
•Our Layaway Program is (3) Months / (90) days.
•20% down payment to start any Layaway Plan.
•The Cancellation Fee for all Layaway Contracts is the initial down payment of 20%
•There is no payment schedule you pay it off as you wish within the (3) months.
•Extensions: A Layaway Contract extension can only be requested, and taken into consideration by our Staff if the request is made (5) business days before the Layaway Contract end date and the Layaway Contract is 90% paid off. If the Layaway Contract extension request does not meet any of the criteria above the request will be denied, no exceptions. In the event that your Layaway Contract extension is denied you will receive a refund of your money minus the initial 20% down payment
•Contract Extension Fee: If your Layaway Contract Extension meets the Criteria listed above and is approved there is a $10.00 charge that must be paid within 24 hours of the approval and you will be given a one month extension to pay the item(s) off.

Layaway Transaction Rules
1.)You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment options:(Check, Money Order or Paypal + Fee).
2.)New Layaway Contracts can not be created if you already have an existing Layaway Contract open.
3.)Customers can receive only one price adjustment on advertised items from the initial Layaway date.
4.) No price adjustments are allowed on clearance items or Holiday Merchandise.
